White Plains Varsity Tigers easily dispatched Ketcham on Saturday, 11-1.
Ketcham got on the board in the first inning after PlayerL doubled, scoring one run.
White Plains Varsity Tigers captured the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the second after Emily Anastasio and Noelle Quinones tripled, and Maddie Steptoe grounded out.
White Plains Varsity Tigers added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Gianna McMahon was struck by a pitch, Ketcham committed an error, and Steptoe singled, each scoring one run.
White Plains Varsity Tigers added three more runs in the bottom of the fourth inning on three hits. Alexis Tighe hit a solo home run, Emily Anastacio doubled, scoring one run, and McMahon singled, scoring one run.
White Plains Varsity Tigers scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth on a home run by Ava Ritterman.
Tighe earned the win for White Plains Varsity Tigers. The pitcher allowed four hits and one run over seven innings, striking out three and walking one.

White Plains Varsity Tigers amassed 13 hits in the game. Ritterman provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led White Plains Varsity Tigers with three runs batted in. The infielder went 2-for-4 on the day. Ava Galligani went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead White Plains Varsity Tigers in hits. Anastacio and Tighe each collected multiple hits for White Plains Varsity Tigers. White Plains Varsity Tigers had patience at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Tighe and Quinones led the team with two bases on balls each. White Plains Varsity Tigers turned one double play in the game.
