Review: Lunchly May Be the Worst YouTuber Product Collaboration Ever

By Suveer Sabharwal

The launch of Lunchly, a food venture by social media stars MrBeast, KSI, and Logan Paul, has recently captured significant attention. While the collaboration initially seemed promising, a closer inspection reveals some questions about the quality and concept behind the brand.

At first glance, Lunchly appears to be a fun lunch experience, combining the influences of its founders into a single brand. However, the question arises: is this collaboration more focused on the star power of its creators rather than the actual eating experience? The marketing hype seems to overshadow the product itself, leaving many customers wondering if they are buying into a brand rather than a genuine food offering.

A closer look reveals that the YouTubers' claim that Lunchly is a more healthful and cheaper option for kids is just not true.

YouTubers claim that at 230 calories, Lunchly is more healthful than Lunchables, which serves up 320 calories. Yet, when children are growing up, they need protein, fats and calories to stay healthy. Lunchly provides an insufficient quantity of calories, therefore, the child will surely remain hungry.

The chocolate bar (otherwise known as Feastables) have a higher sugar content than the Lunchables chocolate bar. Having a chocolate bar with high sugar content increases the risk of cavities and toothaches, as well as higher sugar and blood levels if eaten daily (which most kids are doing).

Also, we cannot forget Lunchly Prime, which is notoriously known for its excessive caffeine causing symptoms like dizziness. The YouTubers are claiming that with more electrolytes than a Lunchables drink, Prime is helping kids grow, yet it is doing the opposite by exposing kids to higher sugar and caffeine content.

In summary, Lunchly by MrBeast, KSI, sand Logan Paul presents an intriguing concept but struggles with execution. While the star power of its founders is undeniable, the food itself needs significant improvement to match the hype. For fans eager to support their favorite influencers, the experience might be worth it, but those looking for quality food may find themselves disappointed.

Moving forward, Lunchly has the potential to improve by focusing on refining their menu and enhancing the overall dining experience. If they can balance celebrity branding with genuine culinary innovation, they might just capture the hearts (and appetites) of a wider audience.
