As a self proclaimed bagel connoiseur, I’ve unfortunately had to experience quite a few lackluster rolls. Kristi’s Bagel Cafe is the polar opposite of this, making me contemplate a second serving before I even finished my first.

The cafe recently opened on 1215 Mamaroneck Ave (right next to Lombardo’s Pizzeria), and it is more than just another Dunkin. It’s an excellent location for a plethora of quality, cozy foods and drinks. For those hesitant, picky eaters, Kristi’s ranges from breakfast to baked goods and even sandwiches, offering a variety that few other restaurants in the area do.

The bagels were crisp, the cream cheese was mouth watering and the coffee options seem unlimited. Despite the multitude of orders coming in, including sesame bagels, grilled cheeses and cappuccinos, the customer service was still superb.

While parking may be few and far between, especially during rush hour, the destination is more than worth it. Kristi’s Bagel Cafe is a must visit for anyone in the Westchester County area.
